This single story home opens to a lush golf course adjacent to their California Room. Implementing universal design and a focus on the beautiful outdoors with an open airy feel was the emphasis of this design.

The color palette is a reflection of the natural surrounding foothills and lush landscape, marrying the interior/exterior color palette. The Sea Pearl Quartzite kitchen counter surfaces set the stage for the textile tones to come in the Fall of 2020. Custom European hardwood flooring creates a timeless balance with the contemporary lines of this sprawling home.
